The Swamp
When one goes to such a place as the Swamp to photograph, and knows how to utterly respect wildlife, nicer captures can be taken than at a popular Lake Resort.
(1) There are no other humans with their dogs around.
(2) There are no children to disturb the wildlife.
(3) There are no cars to add to their confusion.
The area is completely natural and unspoiled by man or pollution of any kind.
The major beauty of such an area as this is the utter tranquility, which I suppose could send some folk who are used to the city around the bend.
Not so me, it is the life I am used to and one I love dearly.
The moonlight is simply mystical and has superb quality. The stars seem to shine brighter and the air is sweetly touched by the Hand of God.
I will not go into detail about my short hol there; there are some things one would prefer to keep to oneself. It suffices me to say ......... it was beautiful.

So happy you are home and well and now see why you headed for a ......swamp?? How was your leg while on your hol? Take care my dear, you were always one to explore and experiment and swamps may be dangerous places.

G'day Sweetie! yeah ... had to favour my leg a bit, but all was well. Had a couple who were happy to carry me.

ooNow it is unbelievable ....... no way am I one of those Greenies anon! What? Protect snakes and crows??? We have the most deadliest species of snakes in Australia!
And, if you have seen what I seen crows doing to baby lambs as they are being born you would apologise for even asking.
I've seen the things tear out the baby lambs tongues when they try to make their first baa as they are being born!!!!!
Don't ever think I'm a Greenie mate. If a snake is going to endanger my life and the lives of my animals - it's dead. If a crow comes near any birthing ewe, it's shot.
I don't like killing, but there comes a time. As for Greenies, what do they know of the land?
I have no time for them nor their actions.
